Urban Company slashes IPO size by over 80%, secures nod to raise ₹528 Crore

Urban Company plans to raise ₹528 crore via an IPO, downsized from ₹3,000 crore. The IPO, valuing the company at $2.5-$2.8 billion, will be filed by May 2025.
