Brookfield India REIT opens ₹3,500 crore QIP at floor price of ₹287.55 per share

The decision follows the approval granted by Brookfield India REIT’s unitholders on November 29, 2024, to raise funds worth ₹3,500 crore through one or more institutional placements.
