Pricol to acquire Sundaram Auto unit for ₹215.3 crore, invest ₹120 crore in subsidiary

Sundaram Auto Components Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TVS Motor Company. Shares of Pricol Ltd ended at ₹494.85, up by ₹11.10, or 2.29%, on the BSE.
