KPIT Tech Q2 Results: Revenue, margin guidance maintained; Board to raise ₹2,800 crore

The board of KPIT Technologies has approved raising up to ₹2,880 crore through a qualified institutions placement (QIP) or any other permissible method, the company said in a filing.
