Prestige Estates, through its JV Canopy Living LLP, has signed an agreement to purchase a 16.381-acre land parcel in Padi, Chennai, near Anna Nagar, aligning with its strategy to strengthen presence in prime urban locations and support future residential and mixed-use development. Shares of Prestige Estates Projects Ltd ended at ₹1,583.80, down by ₹35.70, or 2.20%, on the BSE.
